Pig cars and communications tower torched in Leipzig

According to their own statements, the pigs have prepared a trap on New Year’s Eve this year, to catch the Autonomen (autonomous ones) when they set fire to state property again. We don’t know what this is supposed to look like, but we didn’t take the risk of finding out, so we brought New Year’s Eve forward a few days earlier.

In Leutzsch (western suburb of Leipzig), during the evening of the 29th of December, we placed some flammable material on the communications tower of the cops and under some Ordnungsamt (public order police) vehicles. Apparently most of it was ignited.

On January 29th, 2020, there will be a hearing at the Federal Administrative Court about the banning of linksunten.indymedia.org. This attack was primarily aimed at the repressive organs that have banned linksunten, IE the cops and their bosses in the ministry of the interior: if you take away our media; we’ll destroy your property.

Elsewhere it has been stated that the outcome of the trial is of little significance, because “the repression cannot tame our desire for our own independent reporting”. We would rather put it a little differently: This trial is an opportunity to revisit the ban on linksunten from different angles. Because after the movement corner, which we mainly used at linksunten, not very much has been added for a long time, so we, other antagonistic parts of the movement as well as the publishing left, can now once again problematize this ban/censorship.

It is common knowledge that most people have lost their faith in the state, even if they ever had it to begin with. We are also like most people, but we will follow the trial with interest and welcome the fact that people are taking on the work of challenging the legality of the ban. Because our freedom is not primarily fought or defended with riots, but also via legal means and above all via multiple solidarity actions, which are not always visible at first glance.

On Saturday the 25th of January, 2020 at 5PM there will be a demonstration at Simsonplatz in Leipzig on the subject of the linksunten trial. Come here if you like or do something locally.

Another highlight on the annual calendar is the EU-China Summit with a focus of the economy, taking place in Leipzig from 13th-15th of September 2020, which will be a major gathering of the current enemies of freedom to discuss how capitalism can function even better internationally, how existing trade barriers can be overcome and how the exploitation of people can be further intensified. These scum, along with their appendages and, of course, the inevitable apparatus of cops and informers will descend upon the city. We would like to invite you, dear comrades, to come to Leipzig to comment on this shitty summit, which we detest, in a way that you will enjoy.

Last but not least, we send greetings to the Park Bench 3, whose trial will now begin at 1PM on the 8th of January at the Hamburg Regional Cout, Room 237. Lots of strength to them during this stressful time.
